Do I need a subscription to use NAPally?
Nope. The Citation Finder is free (5 scans/week). The Citation Building Service is pay-per-project with zero recurring fees. You commission a build when you have locations to build. There is no monthly subscription ever.
Do credits expire?
No. Citation Finder credits never expire. Buy them when it suits you — they'll be waiting whenever you need to run additional scans, no time pressure, no use-it-or-lose-it windows.
What counts as one citation?
One citation = one listing on one directory for one business location. Building across 50 directories for one location = 50 citations ($100). Building across 10 locations on 50 directories = 500 citations ($1,000).
What is the $2,500 minimum about?
NAPally is a bespoke, agency-only service. We run a workflow discovery call, configure a custom process for your agency, and dedicate a fulfillment team to your account. The minimum reflects the setup investment we make in every new agency relationship.
What if a citation does not go live?
Any citation not confirmed live within the agreed turnaround window is resubmitted at no cost. This is our QA guarantee, documented in every written workflow brief. We do not consider a citation complete until it is confirmed live.
Can I get a written quote before committing?
Yes, always. Book a workflow discovery call and we will provide a written quote specific to your agency's requirements before you commit to anything. No surprises, ever.
Do you offer volume discounts?
High-volume agencies (1,000+ citations per month) can discuss preferred rates during their workflow discovery call. Volume pricing is agreed on a case-by-case basis and documented in your written workflow brief.
How do I pay?
