Active Sync — Ongoing NAP Management
Active Sync is an optional subscription that continuously pushes your canonical NAP to all API-enabled directories. This prevents data drift — ensuring your client's listings stay accurate even as directory platforms update their data.
Pricing varies by directory API cost — confirmed during your workflow discovery call. Active Sync is only available to agencies that have already completed the standard citation building process.

NAPally is designed for agencies managing 50+ client locations. We run a workflow discovery call, configure a custom process for your agency, and dedicate a fulfilment team to your account. The minimum ensures the engagement is commercially viable for both sides. We do not take on smaller projects.

No. Citation Tracker credits never expire. Buy them when it suits you — they'll be waiting whenever you need to run additional scans.
No. The building service is pay-per-project. You order when you have client locations to build, and pay for what you order. There is no recurring fee.
One citation = one listing, on one directory, for one business location. Building the same business on 50 directories = 50 citations ($100). Building across 10 locations on 50 directories = 500 citations ($1,000).
NAPally is a bespoke, agency-only service. We run a workflow discovery call, configure a custom process for your agency, and dedicate a fulfilment team to your account. The $2,500 minimum ensures the engagement is commercially viable for both sides and reflects the setup investment we make in every new agency relationship.
High-volume agencies (1,000+ citations per month) can discuss preferred rates during their workflow discovery call. Volume pricing is agreed on a case-by-case basis and documented in the written workflow brief.
Any citation not confirmed live within the agreed turnaround window is resubmitted at no cost. This is our QA guarantee and it is documented in every written workflow brief. We don't consider a citation complete until it is confirmed live.
